Bonterra keeps the grounds clean and tidy. My neighbors are quiet and the office responds to questions promptly and courteously. I like the clubhouse, pool, basketball and gym area too.

Bonterra has a lot of great things to offer. Two major conveniences are the "dog park" enclosure and the fitness center. These definitely make life easier. The location is also ideal for outdoor exercise, especially for joggers. Having both an outdoor and indoor space to exercise is very convenient. The apartments themselves have a layout that makes use of all of the space provided. Overall, this is a great place to live.

The ladies in the office were very kind and understanding whenever I had problems with my bill. The staff was courteous every time I interacted with them. Maintenance always worked very hard to come over quickly whenever there was an issue that I had reported to the office. The complex was well maintained and run by people that made it feel less like a business and more like a community.
