Anytime I've had a maintenance issue it is resolved promptly. The ladies in the office are super friendly and always greet me with a smile when I come in for a package or to pay rent. The community is great, never had an issue with loud neighbors or sketchy situations.
My husband and I love it here, its clean, safe and the staff are very friendly. maintenance is fast and they do a good job.
The grounds are clean and the landscaping pretty. The maintenance team comes within minutes or a request. The people who work here are polite. I noticed that the maintenance (cleaning) lady started very serious first but might have training to say hello and smile (this is my guess). The way the buildings are set up encourages people to get together in the middle and mingle creating a sense of community. Many of us can see the Garden of the Gods from our apartment :).
Thank you! Altamira certainly is a beautiful community. And yes, our maintenance team work diligently to assure that resident requests are taken care of immediately. If you ever need anything, please do not hesitate letting us know.
Love living here. The location is the best. Only thing that I would want to change is that there is no private outdoor area and some Of the appliances are old. Love that they are constantly making improvements. Got all new windows and a new wAter-saving toilet this summer.
I am so happy you are pleased with the new windows and toilets that have been installed throughout the entire community. We work diligently to assure that our residents benefit from these upgrades, and are pleased when our residents continually alert us to decreases they are seeing with utility costs. We also appreciate your input regarding changes you would like see at Altamira, and take all suggestions into consideration. So please keep those ideas coming!
Very noisey neighbors
I am sorry you are having issues with noisy neighbors. I urge you to stop by the office when you have a moment to talk. I certainly want to be able to address the situation for a resolution.
