I loved everything about sunset creek other than the limited parking for the s.west entrance of bldg 5410 and the fact that there wasn't a gas station close by. I would still be living at sunset creek if it wasn't for room mates not paying rent.

Staff is excellent. Ammenities and convenience is excellent. Maintenance crew is excellent. But infrastructure such as electricity and a/c is very old and NEEDS to be updated.. May be the only reason i dont renew my lease. Having no control of your a/c can be extremely uncomfortable and frustrating.

Parking is very limited. Never any spots during the late evening to early morning. Expensive. Some residents smoke weed and are very loud. Apartments are small. But it's a safe place to live & the staff are friendly and will work with you. The amenities are nice. The apartments are clean. When it snows the parking lots & entrance turn into sheets of ice. Good place to live if everything you do is on the west side of Nevada or North side of Garden of the Gods Rd.
