Moving here was definitely a great choice for us. It's an awesome location relative to Denver and Boulder and apartment itself is sleek and comfortable.
I love this apartment complex. The staff is amazing, the apartments themselves are very nice, it's a great location, and very reasonably priced. I particularly appreciate the staff's constant readiness to handle sort of problem; especially compared to other apartments I have lived in, this staff is friendly, helpful, prompt, and personable. The pet-friendliness is another huge plus (the main reason we initially looked at this apartment). The apartments are very well taken care of, and for the first time since renting, we really feel 'at home' in our apartment. Thanks, AMLI!
My dog and I love living at AMLI at Flatirons. The off-leash play areas are great! Covered parking and secure 24-hr package pickup make life so much easier. Great community.
AMLI has an outstanding, professional and welcoming management staff, it is located in a great location, close to shopping centers and business sector. I've lived at AMLI now for almost 4 years, and I've been very satisfied with my living experience here. The location is convenient; as a movie buff I particularly appreciate the short walking distance to the AMC movie theater. The staff has committed my name and apartment number to memory, and they've been very friendly and helpful with any inquiries I've had. Indoor parking garage is especially nice during the winter season because I don't have to scrape off my car in the morning. I use the exercise room frequently, but I've also gone over to the Lakeshore Recreation Center from time to time (also a short 5 minute walk) and have used my discount for being a resident here to use their facilities. Rent is affordable for the space that we get. We were looking at living in Boulder, but rent is just too darn high there for what you get and it's very easy to commute because of the access to the US36. And speaking of paying rent, rent here is extremely convenient because it's all online and I've set it up to automatically pay my rent every month. I'd recommend AMLI to anyone looking to find an affordable, convenient, and friendly place to live that's an easy drive away from both Denver and Boulder.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
