I have had a very positive experience with Eastpointe Apartments. Property Manager Luis has been a wonderful support through the process of creating my profile on the wait list, the process of moving in, and my needs as a resident. The management team has been been helpful in attending to issues that might arise. The grounds are kept in good condition. Residents requested to keep the pool open beyond Labor Day, and management agreed the pool could remain open while weather permits. I recommend Eastpointe Apartments.
I love living at Eastpointe! So far what I've seen of the new owners is corporate, but positive. The maintenance is done much faster, and questions still get answered. Time will tell if this keeps up, but I'm hopeful!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
