Eastpointe Apartment Homes is one of the nicest facilities in Boulder at a more affordable price for anyone looking to live in a quieter part of town. Lovely view of the Flatirons and a nice property with lots of trees. All the staff is also very kind!
For being my first apartment I was pleased to find the buildings quiet and cozy.
Excellent condition inside place, staff was even helpful with providing me a way into the apartment outside of business hours! Definitely recommended!
Overall has been a good experience. First time living away from my parents and I'm glad I chose this community.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
