For a homeowner that has recently sold their home and needs a place to stay for a few months while they locate a new home, Gable Oak Creek has been incredibly accommodating! From short term leases to flexibility upon move-in and move-out, they have answered just about every single question I have had with yes ! Plus we have a downstairs unit that is incredibly quiet. Apartment living is kinda tough to go back to after owning a home for 21 years, but Gables made it as easy a transition as possible!
Very impressed with moving into an apartment complex..have lived in a house for 19 yrs a.d going back to an apartment was scary But I love these apartments and the grounds that I can walk my dog.
The Management Office staff at Gables Oak Creek in Wildomar are very friendly and it seems they were always trying to always say yes to my requests. The apartment is very nice and surprisingly quiet. The maintenance people are friendly, polite and responsive. We hadn't rented an apartment since 1994 and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice our place is. It is an adjustment getting used to the walk from the car, but we can always find a parking spot . . . even if its a bit of a distance away from our front door. We are renting on a short term (4 month) lease while our new home is built and this place was great for our needs.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
