I couldn't ask for a better management team than Alvista Portofino's team. They're always professional, upbeat and helpful and they treat their residents with kindness and respect. They're standard of excellence is admirable and greatly appreciated. Also, the gorgeous trees here make me feel like I'm getting away from the rat race and yet I'm right in the middle of a lifestyle filled with the conveniences of modern city living. I love it here. I feel very fortunate living at Alvista Portofino.

I just moved in so I am not totally familiar with the complex yet. Prior to move in, I did my research on this location and what its strong and weak points were. Some huge strong points were the staff in the office has been nice, the apartment looked great on move in, and it is an environment that I feel I can call home. Some of the down sides are that there is a roach bug problem, maintenance can take awhile, and the apartment can be hard to keep (affordably) cool on warm/hot days.
The Upkeep Of The Property Is Poor, Looks Dingy With The Color, Leaves Always On The Ground,,Very Messy, Almost Slipped On A Berry From The Tree, Property Looks Dirty All The Time, Maybe A Brighter Color, Bright Flowers May Help---
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
The community is located in a convenient location of either the 10 Freeway or 15 Freeway. Exit off the 10 Freeway at Central. Go north and at 11th Street (just before foothill) go right. We are on the Northeast corner of Benson and 11th Street. * Coming off the 15 Freeway take Foothill Boulevard going West down to Benson and go left. The property will be on the left hand side.
