We love it here! We've been here for a little over 4 years. The maintenance staff are friendly, reliable and have always been courteous and professional. They're the best! The office staff are very nice and have been very professional as well and "take care of business" when need be! Very prompt in getting back to us as well! The complex is very clean and quiet and we love living here!

Extremely nice personnel. Repairs and improvements are always timely. Would like a bigger gym.
Always very pleasant and very quick with any repair requests.
I love the location, enjoy the peace and quiet, and generally am content. My only drawback is the increase in rent every year, and while I used to receive discounts on the rent for paying on time etc, now its just an increase, it makes me feel less valued as a resident. When I went to resign my lease, I was only able to sign for a 8 month lease, even though I reapplied right away. This combined with the increase in rent with no supplication, led me to feel i was being 'pushed out'.
We are sorry you feel as if you are being "pushed out." Please know that market rates for apartments at Sycamore Terrace have not gone up in 2 years. Your rent may have increased due to discounts you received when you first rented at Sycamore. If you have any concerns, please let us know. We would be more than happy to answer any questions for you.

Most effective Management and Maintenance crew we have ever had! Grounds are kept up very nice and many improvements have been made over the last year.
