Solona Ridge for the most part is a nice communities but like all communities I would suggest that any future prospective tennants should make a list of expectations and review with the management team. This would prevent any unexpected suprises such as maintenance frequency, building inspections and site parking.
Great newer well maintained apartments with all the necessary amenities in a very desirable location!
I would recommend Solana Ridge because of the convenience of being so close to the mall, shops and restaurants. Also the friendliness of their Management staff who are always welcoming and available.
As a very happy tenant for the past 9 years, my only reason for moving would be to move closer to my grandkids in Carlsbad.
Great Staff, great amenities, and convenience to everything.
