Friendly staff, good maintenance, respectious people and neighborhood, calm area.
Parking is horrible! Need more first come first serve
Too many rules & restrictions. No smoking; no where to wash your car; rent increases annually; ictrases in laundry facility prices; carpet should have been replaced before we moved in. Now they say if we want new carpet or flooring we have to pay for it; Excessive cost for car lift & pet rent

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
