Staff is good about keeping the place clean and safe.
The property is beautiful. The landscapers do an wonderful job keeping up all the landscaping. The maintenance department is always friendly and do a great job and always resolve the issue quickly. I can't say enough about the management staff. Wendy is always polite and willing to help on any issue as well as the other staff.
Well managed apartment community, but I have asked for the tree above my patio balcony to be trimmed to stop large branches and millions of leaves from falling in my lap. They cut four small branches over the roof section. That's it. The elimination of patio grills was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and still is. The grills supplied around the complex are weak, provide uneven heat and are located in the dark. Removing the grills has caused me to re-think living here much longer.
I love the location. Everything is nearby such as grocery stores, resteraunts, south coast plaza. The Aspens is located in a good central location. The management staff are proffesional and have are super friendly. The apartment complex this clean and well kept. I feel like I'm living away from the city every time I step into the complex.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
