its only been about 4 months, overall we are fine, loudness of the dogs is the only thing the bugs me, as far as noise, music and kids is perfectly fine. 2nd, the water bill, which I hear is bad for a lot of other guest. I am happy, but I am afraid that I could continue to be discouraged by the water bill, $95 is crazy, I don't water my garden or own a home to have it that much.
Neighbors have more than the allowed household members living in a 1-2 bedroom apartment which contributes to the lack of parking spaces available. Walls are so thin that I can hear my neighbor's doors open and close in every room.
In the last couple of weeks parking has been horrible I get home around 8pm or sometimes later and I can't find a parking spot. My boyfriend who has a parking permit gets home around midnight and can't ever find a parking spot and has to park across the street, which is very in inconvenient. I have been noticing that cars that are supposed to be in car ports and in open parking and some cars don't even have parking passes or they have fake passes. I normally don't complain but it's been getting worse as the weeks go on. I notice before when we had the old security company he would be there at 6pm on site checking cars and there was plenty of parking. I like the apartment complex it's a great home but please take my complaint in to consideration
People who come to visit have no where to park.
