Property is well maintained. Not many concerning residents
The grounds are well-maintained and the property is very quiet.
The office staff is friendly and always go above and beyond for us. The grounds are maintained beautifully. Whenever we have a maintenance need the staff is always prompt and courteous.
SFVillage Mgmt. Is top notch. Their property knowledge and response time on any requests are fast and effective. Their proactive property management style is ahead of the curve. I can't imagine living any where else in this neighborhood.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
