We LOVE living here! They take great pride in the grounds and apartments of this community. The grounds are unlike any other and provide a tranquil type setting that make it so you aren't staring into your neighbors unit. Trees, lakes, streams, bird aviary and more. The office staff and maintenance ensure you are taken care of and all issues are addressed in a timely manner. Since this community is well established, the floor plans are much larger and well laid out. Tons of closet space too!
The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly. Very attentive leasing office staff that work hard to ensure I have a positive experience.

Our downstairs neighbors are heavy cigarette smokers, puffing any time between 5am and midnight. It's a real drag (ha ha) when the weather allows for open windows.
A lot of the tenants here do not actually pay what the are supposed to considering their kids have become adults. The honest tenants are paying $125 extra for each adult which can get extremely expensive. Also considering how much we pay for rent, the plumbing system is completely old school; making loud noises when I don't have the faucet fully turned.
