The leasing process was good and fast, the management ladies where super helpful and always tried to accommodate our needs. I've been at the community for a short period of time right now, but I'm really liking it.
Eaves has all the features and amenities that I needed for peace of mind and a lovely place to come home to. The office agents are very helpful and professional. I love my new apartment. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live in San Rafael.
Love the fitness center. State of the art equipment, clean jacuzzi. Quiet, beautiful surrounded by nature.

From 101 North: Take the Terra Linda/Freitas Pkwy exit. Stay to the right off of the exit, and take an immediate left onto Redwood Highway. Continue on Redwood Highway until you reach the first stoplight. Turn right at the stoplight onto Professional Center. Continue to the top of the hill, and the Crowne Ridge sign is on the left hand side. Stay in the left lane and cross the overpass. There will be a break in the road to the left where you need to turn. After the first left turn, take another immediately after onto Redwood Highway. Continue to the top of the hill, and the Crowne Ridge sign is on the left hand side. Turn left into the driveway and proceed to the Leasing Office.
