Well-maintained residence with a fantastic staff that responds promptly to questions or concerns related to our dwelling. We have signed lease extensions twice and would not hesitate to do so again when our current agreement is up.
The Seaport Homes Management and Staff provide the highest level of professionalism, concern, care, and resident satisfaction. They strive to make my living experience here at Seaport Homes aesthetically pleasing, safe, and enjoyable as possible.
The building is well managed and maintained. Requests for repair or maintenance are answered promptly. Parking is never a problem. They even have ample parking for guests.
Great personnel & mgmt. Fair if issues arise. Great communication. Very clean and upkept grounds. Great view- hopefully the construction next door amounts to something nice. very good parking. Very safe.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
