The environment at gabels San Marcos is always welcoming and fresh. It is always clean. And the management and handymen are always on call for your convinient. Very thin gets done very fast. And the management is always understanding and consistent with help. The interior of these apartments are beautiful. The paint really opens up each room. And there are windows to open up your home as well. The pool is always clean, the landscape is always clean. And neighbors for the most part are friendly. Me and my other Roomates find the washer and dryer a complete convinience considering there's 4 of us. And they are full sized washers and dryers. Everything works great and of it doesn't they will fix it fast.
Friendly and very welcoming. The staff knows their stuff! They make sure your needs are met.
The apartment we moved into was nice, it had a homely feel to it. It would have been the perfect apartment if the master bedroom had a walk in closet, the bathroom had a tub of some sort or at least a lower curtain rod as the water always goes out during showers, and if the a/c heat was centralized.
It's been good.
I'm satisfied with my living arrangements. I only wish it was closer to my job and much cheaper.
