Gables San Marcos is an excellent place to live. Not only does it feel safe but it is conveniently located as well. My apartment was recently renovated before I moved in and it is very nice, I am very pleased with it. The management/office workers as well as the maintenance are incredibly nice. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
They are very friendly and are very close to the sprinter. The apartments are very clean and they take care of any problems as soon as possible.
Nice, clean friendly community
When we moved in there where some adjustments that needed to be done in the apartment. However the maintenance men were very attentive to our needs and everything was taken care of very quickly. I haven't had a chance to talk to the front office since move in mid November, but they were also very friendly. Its is a quite area and so far we enjoy living here! We love the Washer/Dryer in Unit. Its a life saver.
