I love the layout and floor plans available. Most individuals, like myself, need a one bedroom and they have so many options of floor plans, not just one standard choice. I love the modern concept and the features, like garage parking, elevators, and the balcony that no one can see in too. It is nice to have that little privacy if I want to go drink coffee on my balcony.
every thing very good and high quality but it would be better with better discount on rental
As a brand-new community, I look forward to meeting new neighbors, but the ones I've met so far are really nice. There's a an unusual feel here, because of the design, openness, and environment that they are creating. It's great to be here as the property continues to evolve.
I moved to this apartment in downtown for better commute, floor plan and amenities . Foundry commons at San Jose does have all these which made me to move in immediately. Thanks
I prefer not to spread the word until communication is improved and we have a good understanding of the quality of amenities that have been promised. Ask again in a few months.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
