Avalon Cahill is a very nice facility, quiet, friendly and helpful staff and a great living experience. The conveniences of a coffee shop, Sushi Lounge and Whole Foods nearby are an added pleasure and plus. The living experience is amazing and I recommend to anyone favorable to Silicon Valley Apartment living.
The management staff is awesome!
Avalon is a clean and friendly community. Provides all good amenities, and the community manger and others are very friendly and helpful. It is located in a prime location where everything easy to access including public transport.
downtown SJ location is fantastic, staff has been extremely helpful, and the unit is spacious and clean.
The experience has been great so far. The community is clean and the people are friendly. Management has done a great job of keeping us updated on things going on around the complex.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
