Excellent staff for the Inner Sunset, makes you feel at home.
My time here has been great, although I feel like the apartment lacks the facilities, the office and the residents have done more than enough to make me feel welcomed, and have been helpful in ways more than one.

Choosing an apartment was so much easier thanks to Avalon Sunset Towers. Their staff was communicative, helpful and flexible, and their online resources complete and easy to use. The apartment is up-to-date, clean and move-in ready.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.

From the North via Rte. 1: Take CA Route 1 south across Golden Gate Bridge into San Francisco. Follow signs for Rte. 1 South. You will pass through Golden Gate Park and come out on 19th Ave. southbound. Right turn on Lawton. Right turn on 20th Ave. Right turn on Kirkham. Right turn on Locksley Ave. Community is on the left at the top of the hill.
