Overall, I have had a very positive experience with the staff and leaders at AVA. Everyone is personable, professional, and timely with getting things done for me as a new resident. The rent is a little higher from where I'd like to be. However, I do truly believe that I'm getting what I pay for with a strong community that makes living easy. I would recommend this property and this neighborhood to others who are looking.
Best decision moving here, AVA is in a prime location and offers a much higher standard of living than anywhere else in the area, for the price range.
The office team is great. They were super helpful throughout the moving process. The maintenance team is super friendly as well
I am thoroughly grateful for the AVA Nob Hill Team (which includes maintenance, leasing office etc.). They make us feel welcome, safe, taken care of and are like an extension to our friends and family! The Community has a great vibe thanks to the team! It's incredible how well they take care of us - it takes significant team effort and efficiency. They're always going over and beyond! Great location - great price for location and quality. Moved from NY and happy to say there is a clear Avalon Standard.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
