This has been the most amazing place to live. II appreciate the wonderful staff and amenities. The Promenade is truly a rare jewel to reside in San Diego, I feel blessed to be here.
We have lived here for nearly 12 years, and would not consider moving unless we could buy an equivalent type apartment/condo for the same value! Keep up the good work, Promenade Rio Vista!!!
The Promenade at Rio Vista is a great place. The friendly helpful staff who are only happy to help you with any concern that you may have. The facilities provided are of top quality also and are easily accessed when required. Also with the trolley stopping right outside the apartment blocks it adds to the value that you recieve from the Promenade Rio Vista.
really like living on 3th floor even though I don't heirght these are very nice apt and feel like living in house very roomy like having den we are so much more happier living over here than before in bldg. 6 like a whole new world over here love our view thanks for telling us about this

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
