The community is family, friendly and the location is ideal in respect to shopping, parks, and schools. Additionally, the cost is equal to the value of the residence.

Everything is exceptional. Only thing I have a hard time with is that there is only one assigned parking space per apartment.
I love these apartments except for the cost and the parking. The price had significantly increased since I initially moved in.
Thank you for taking the time to review. We know parking can sometimes be tight and certainly understand the high cost of living in beautiful San Diego. Our rents are in line with the market and we continually check pricing to make sure our residents have the value of a nice apartment home in a desirable neighborhood.
I really like living here. We have a nice place on the bottom of the three levels, and I like having tile instead of carpet. The ones above us have carpet to minimize the sound, which is much less than other complexes I have lived in. The handy man is always able to come pretty quick, and even the after hours emergency guy comes fast when needed. I like the folks who work at the office, they are really nice, and the complex is very clean.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
