I have lived here before and renewed my contract before - I came back because no other apartment complex really compares to Montanosa for the entire package it offers. When I came back I was welcomed with open arms and felt like I was coming back home .
Excellent area and complex for families. I am a single father and I could not ask for a better place to raise my son. Staff is accomadating and knowledgeable but most importantly punctual/attentive.
I really enjoy living here at the Montanosa Apartments. Everyone who lives here is very nice, and respectful. The only complaint I have is that it's expensive but I can't complain we literally have not had any issues.
Montanosa has the beautiful ground. They provide pet area around the complex it is a wonderful life style. A quiet complex. Management goes out of their way to get to know you. I love living here. Best experience

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
