My family and I we relocated to San Diego from another state. I needed to find temporary housing for us while looking for a house to buy. When I called Mission Trails and explained what I needed Jessica was very helpful with everything, she made it so simple.

Cleaner than most other properties I have seen; personal follow-up by management before rental

I love the location and the office staff. I think the maintenance response time could be improved and they need to work on their communication skills. I would rate it higher if long time residents could have updated units without moving out of their current units. Long time residents get shafted.

I don't feel this complex is worth the money residents have to pay. Pet rent fees were not disclosed until I was signing paperwork and saw the charge on there. Trash is not picked up frequently enough and the dumpters not only overflow, but acquire piles of trash around them. Security does nothing but drive through the parking garage once a night and there are often homeless people digging through the dumpsters. The main office is rarely open during business hours so picking up boxes is hard.
We're sorry to see that you didn't have the positive experience in our community that we strive to offer all residents. Regarding move-out fees, we try to be as transparent as possible and apologize if there were any misunderstandings. What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
