good location; great staff attentive to my needs.
Excellent service & quality of construction
In overall, experience is positive, location, apartment itself, clean elevators and hallways, security. I would significantly improve gym conditions (hot and smelly during high traffic time in the eve) and gated call in system that uses only 858 are code which is absolutely ridiculous and inconvenient. Another recommendation that I sent in February 2016 to the management was to establish web site board community for Crossroads tenants was acknowledged but nothing had happened yet.
Overall a good place to live, but for the money they really need to do a better job at maintenance and security. The elevator in my building is constantly broken or not working properly, and often stays that way for weeks. Office staff used to be very difficult to deal with, never knew what they were talking about, but over the past year they have greatly improved. As far as security, there used to be quite a few break ins in the garage, but that decreased too.
The remote controlled locks are always broken for the gym and pool areas, sometimes 2 or more months. The blg 1 garage remained unlocked for over a month during holidays. And both main pools closed at same time, the pool with fire pit closed almost 2 months so far

From 805: Exit La Jolla Village Drive, head west. Go to Nobel Drive make a left at the light. Make a right on Judicial Drive. 2 blocks to Golden Haven, make a right into the community.
From 1-5: Exit La Jolla Village Drive, head east. Go 2 miles to Towne Center Drive. Make a right. Make a left on Golden Haven. The street ends at the front entrance to the community.
From I-15: Exit Miramar Road, head west. Drive 7 miles to Nobel Drive (Miramar turns in to La Jolla Village Drive). Make a left on Nobel, a right on Judicial and another right on Golden Haven.
