I love the staff! They are always on top of everything, very kind and considerate. I love the community and my little apartment. Just signed on for 15 more months so I don't have to leave.
I enjoy living at il Palazzo. I feel safe and the employees are always friendly and helpful.
Office hours seldom open for any working person.
Main problem that I have is with resident noise after hours on weeknights. I have an apt that faces the courtyard and other residents do not respect the noise regulations; have previously brought this up but issues continue.
Unfortunately, Il Palazzo has a faulty ventilation system. Certain hallways and two garages can be hot and humid, especially during Summer months - this adds to the waste management issue, there are rubbish scents throughout certain hallways at times, due to trash bags set infont of various units all day or rubbish bins piling up with waste & not properly disposed. Oftentimes, Columbia garage smells like rubbish. No guest parking. Units are poorly insulated.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
