I am paying a premium for my unit and I imagine others are, too. Frankly, I'm shocked by the lack of pride and respect that some tenants take in their home and community. I chose to stay in Stonecrest (I lived in a private condo next to Cambridge for five years) because I wanted to stay in a neighborhood that was clean and upscale. Living at Cambridge, I definitely feel like I've take a step (or three) backwards. Lastly, the leasing staff have been great, which I appreciate.
I would recommend Cambridge park apartments except utilities WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.
I do not recommend living here.
Very comfortable setting appealing to all levels of professional tenants.
