The staff at Broadway Lofts is the best I have ever experienced. They go out of their way to make living here a pleasure. The location of Broadway Lofts is extremely convenient for downtown living and I would recommend it to anyone. The building is quiet, friendly and extremely well maintained. Renewing my lease was never in question.
As a NYC transplant this was the closest experience to a NYC feel in San Diego ! The people who work in the office are excellent at their jobs they made me feel very welcome(which is a change from any of the buildings I lived in there). My loft is amazing and the building is wonderful 10 out of 10 stars

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
