Rent is fairly reasonable, especially for a complex that allows large dogs. It's in a great neighborhood in terms of safety. The overall aesthetics of the complex is very appealing. There are lots of wild animals around and it goes well with the foliage.

Apartment condition could have been better upon move in. While painted, wall texture very uneven. One of the cable outlets is dead. Tub is permanently stained. Bathroom sink is poorly repaired. Appliances showing their age. Microwave turntable mis-sized and nonfunctional.
After living here for so many years things have changed a lot, which I understand, but some of them need to be addressed.
