These are ratings based on residents who live at the property and have completed a resident satisfaction survey.

I love the kitchen and that the one bedroom includes a den for extra space and storage. I think the gym could use an upgrade and really wish the tennis courts had nets so they could be used.
The new nets for the tennis courts will be here very soon.
The office staff are exceptionally cordial, the apartment homes interiors are luxurious, and the proximity to restaurants and activities is convenient. However, the amenities need updating, such as the gyms television was stolen and not replaced, the tennis court needs a net, and a few minor details.
We love working here as much as you love living here. We're excited to announce that the complete remodel of our clubhouse & gym is in the works. Also, we will have a new net for the tennis courts very soon.
The following issues prevented me from rating dwelling as 'excellent.'
Too many transients on property; safety is greatly compromised. Hence, not a true 'gated community.' Rental office should be off premises so gate stays closed 24/7.
Buildings are old and need to be brought up to standard to meet the steep rental prices.
Valet services should be optional & separate from Water Bill. Should not have to pay the average to cover the entire community.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
