I love the community here at Crossing. It's located in a great neighborhood surrounded by many restaurants, stores, and highway entrances. I've been here for almost a year and I feel like our little complex is a small but close community. Everyone says hello and the leasing office staff, as well as maintenance staff, does a great job at making you feel at home.
The refrigerator have had problems with the frost free part and they have tried fixing numerous time and I have spoken to maintenance people, and explain that it should be replace, and the tempeture gauge doesn't work either due to compressor running most of the time. I understand that the staff isn't trained to fis everything but I would have to say after having an appliance for more than 10 year The Crossing should replace some of them out with new ones. I do have high utility bills

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
