I'm pleased with my apartment for the most part, but the community staff is incredibly lacking. I've had many issues with the front office and it seems like management is constantly making unnecessary changes, like changing all of our front door handles to handles not made for a front door which now don't close correctly and must be locked so they won't fly open. My only real problem with the community is the management but unfortunately that's a pretty big complaint in an apartment complex.
The apartment is comfortable and roomy but is mostly outdated, especially for the comparable apartments in the surrounding area; at other places you receive better and updated appliances. Maintenance wise, they are quick patch jobs instead of fixes. You really get the gist that they are squeezing every penny they can and not fixing an issue before it gets worse and they have to spend more money. I am happy and blessed to rent here but if I could move, I would do so in a heartbeat.
As residents we get last minute notice of workers coming into our apartment home. At one point we got no notice but the workers knocking on our door the morning of. We were not notified by the complex and it was before 8 in the morning. There was also no countrywood staff to escort them in or oversee the work. The management is extremely poor to deal with. They constantly blame us of late payments or incomplete payments and after waiting on them to check it, they confirm that they were wrong. Th
Very quiet location no problems
Love the apartment but I have asked multiple times for help with the toilet in the master bedroom and no one has fixed it. Also have not seen recycling bins and would like to know why
