The only issue we have seen so far is on the garages, the storage units are so big, even medium sized vehicles can not fit under them. What should have happen is someone measure a truck or SUV top of hood first before they were installed a while ago.
The maintenance people and office staff are very friendly. Everything is clean and safe. The neighbors are nice and respectful. We love the BBQ grills by the pool and playground. They are very clean and work well.
All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is green with a beautiful view of the mountains. Best thing is it that they within minutes of the freeway, downtown Redlands and University of Redlands.
Very quiet location no problems
Love the apartment but I have asked multiple times for help with the toilet in the master bedroom and no one has fixed it. Also have not seen recycling bins and would like to know why
