The entire process of leasing through move-in was extremely good considering the stress involved in a cross-country move. Floor plan sizes & billing dates were coordinated with occupancy need dates to assure fair charges were levied. Upon arrival, I received a clear on-site explanation with orientation tours of amenities, common areas and other benefits of living in this clean, quiet, & pleasant 55+ community. Indeed I would recommend it.

We've lived at Terra Vista for 2-1/2 years and have enjoyed it. There are many activities and events to share in. The staff is friendly and open to new ideas which will benefit the community. The apartments are very nice and feel it's a good value for the money. It's been home for us and hope to continue to call it home.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
