It is my understanding with Runway it was desired to make and have it appear to be a small town environment. That has certainly been achieved. It is a delightful place to live.
Staff is great! Location within Playa Vista is amazing, and the amenities are well thought out
Everything about the apartment and the souroundings area is near perfection! Walking distance to everything you need from whole foods to cvs and movie theaters and.... I could go on and on!
I appreciate the fact that this is a safe place for my daughter and I to live. The grounds and common areas are well maintained, and the apartment is lovely in terms of space planning, available light, and design.
The leasing & management staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything in the area including my building is new and the residents of Runway Playa Vista are happy & fun people who respect the community and their fellow residents.
