This is a great community! We have only lived here for a month but so far we absolutely love it! The building is new, clean, the amenities are very nice and the stuff especially at the front desk is just the kindest. The management plans very thoughtful initiatives for the tenants which we sincerely appreciate! The location is good, not too close to the city of Pasadena but you can drive there in 5-10 min. The parking space is more than enough for us and our guests, which is really important for us. I would definitely recommend this place :)
I have lived in the LUXE community for 2 weeks now. I enjoy the convenience of traveling to work, restaurants, and shopping areas. Other residence have been nothing but friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the quite and calm atmosphere, while adapting to the community. LUXE staff are very helpful and ready to assist at any moment, best overall moving experience!
The house is very clean and the floorplan is very convienient. I would recommend it but not the first floor apartments, bacause it is noisy and the everyone pretty much has access to your parking or the front door. So you better consider the 2-nd floor apartments and skip the ones which has windows on the road side
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
