Overall, AVA is an excellent apartment community and fits my lifestyle perfectly at stage in which I was looking to grow and enjoy life at the next level. Comfortable, modern, and super convenient. Has almost everything I need. Highly recommended! This place and the locaion rocks!
amazing staff and nice clean cool apartment style rental.
The place is generally nice and the people are friendly and considerate. The problem is that there are too few two-bedroom suites which makes it very competitive. I would recommend the place for single people or couple. But I think the two-bedroom suite meets my requirement much better and it's sad I didn't get it.
