Nice apartment in a nice location, amazing ocean view. Very nice and friendly office staff. I highly recommend.
The community is friendly and yet private. The sounds of the ocean waves calm all small concerns. Our clothes dryer needed a electric panel replacement. The maintenance staff came quick, found the part, installed and out the door that day. Faster than the dealer service people. Very nice hard working and polite person. Marilyn
The staff at The Bluffs are a small team, but are super friendly and hard-working, always making sure that residents are happy and getting their maintenance requests taken care of, even on the weekends. The property is well-maintained and always kept clean.
The apartment is very nice, with spectacular views, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the move-in process was simple. I'm glad to call The Bluffs home.
It is wonderful living here! I�� d say the only issue is with the rental amount. Every year it goes up to what feels like an unreasonable increase for one lease term. Especially when I go out of my way to watch out for, and, clean up the property when workers here fall behind and or have too much on their plate to get to little things done, so I do them. May I suggest someone make sure there�� s bottled water and coffee in the lounge at all times. It�� s usually empty of everything. When there is stuff, there are no cups. Also, the coffee maker isn�� t cleaned out, ever! I washed it with boiling water over a year ago. I�� m sure it hasn�� t been cleaned since. It was filthy. Also, the new chaises are nice, however, they�� re much more lightweight than the old ones. While they�� re very comfortable and nice, they flap at night and in high wind, smashing back and forth making a loud sound, and ruining the chairs. I�� ve been placing them fully down in the sleep position so they lay flat at night. That way they don�� t disturb the ppl renting right in front with ocean views. I did notice tht Greg or someone else had put the chaise back into the full upright position this am. Tht�� s fine. Before Greg leaves he should put them down and when he gets here he can put the back up. Only take 20 seconds. If you can afford beach living...It is great here. Sure, there are some things tht bother me....But with an ocean so close and having such a large living room of the 2 beds here is really enjoyable! I could never afford to live here alone. But with a roommate or partner-it is perrrrefct!
