90% of the time everything runs smooth. That is impressive to the point of awesome! The real measure of the professional level of any staff is when something goes wrong. I've lived here on and off for several years. Military deployments. Today is the first time something went really wrong. In the past, the free pinball machine didn't work correctly due to a broken flipper. Dies anyone know how to fix that? Where do you even begin looking for one? If took two weeks to get the problem fixed. Pretty good considering how essential a free pinball game is to life in general. I found a leaky pipe in my apartment. Within minutes of me calling in the problem, plumbers were on site fixing what they could. They only needed to shut off water to the laundry room. I was still able to shower and use the bathroom. AWESOME! The next day, the company that is contacted to do the restoration showed up and went right to work. They kept giving me updates too. I knew what was happening every step of the way. All in all, one and a half days to complete the project. Totally AWESOME!!

I really enjoy living here so far. With the heated pools and awesome gym, this is a great place to be. We feel safe and enjoy the quietness of the community. It's also a bonus being within walking distance to everything we need.
