The staff at The Villas was so helpful and kind to help me move in. They helped me with any questions I had and if they didn't know the answer right away they called me right back with one. The security guard waves with a smile every time I enter the facility, it makes me feel welcomed. Residents had seen me move in and also welcomed me. It is a really friendly environment and I look forward to spending more time at home. It is hard to find a good place in Los Angeles and this move in has made me feel like I got lucky to found such a great place to be.
It's great living at the Villas. The apartments always feel like home, the people are friendly, and the community manager and maintenance are always quick to resolve problems. You can truly live at the Villas.
I have been living at The Villas at Park La Brea for almost two years now, and absolutely love it! I am constantly getting compliments on how beautiful & safe where I live is! This is my first home upon moving across the country to LA, and I have to say I could not imagine living anywhere else :)
We continue to enjoy living here. The lovely grounds as well as the attentive and friendly staff are superlative. It feels like home.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
