Major Cross Streets Beverly Blvd and Fairfax Ave. From Highway 101 take the N Highland Ave exit and go south to Beverly Blvd. Turn right and continue west on Beverly Blvd and we are just past the Pan Pacific Regional Park. We are on the corner of Beverly Blvd and The Grove Drive. Enter off the Grove Drive turn into the second garage entrance on the right. Park in any of the green painted guest spots and follow the signs to the leasing office on the first floor. From I 10 take exit 7B to S Fairfax Ave and go north. Stay on Fairfax Ave until you reach Beverly Blvd where you will turn right. We are on the right just past CBS studios. Enter off the Grove Drive turn into the second garage entrance on the right. I love the apartment!! The kitchen has all the conveniences and luxury of a large kitchen feel. Everything is super sized...so you can still cook large for guests.
The granite tops...I love em. Its nice to have the porch for an outdoor feel.......The pool is my favorite. Brian keeps it nice and warm... all around, living in the broadcast is something I would recommend to my friends in a minute.
I am going into my second year as a tenant of Broadcast Center Apartments and everyday I feel fortunate to have found this treasure so convenient to everything in LA. The staff is very friendly and professional, the grounds are kept impeccable, the service requests done promptly. We even get to enjoy themed parties by the poolside a few times a year. Everything about this place, from the gym, the fireplace, the barbecue social area, the pool with cabanas and jacuzzi, and the management and staff contribute to making Broadcast Center Apartments a great place to call home!

Broadcast Center offers luxury living at a reasonable price. My apartment features first-class amenities and a serene view. It is obvious that there has been a lot of attention to detail throughout the community. The Business Center has been quite useful in my work. Additionally, I've been quite pleased with the expedient service offered by the leasing office and maintenance staff.
Once again, I had great time living here. To improve this experience, I would only suggest changing the corridor's carpet and checking the air conditioning regarding noise.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
