I love the apartment!! The kitchen has all the conveniences and luxury of a large kitchen feel. Everything is super sized...so you can still cook large for guests.
The granite tops...I love em. Its nice to have the porch for an outdoor feel.......The pool is my favorite. Brian keeps it nice and warm... all around, living in the broadcast is something I would recommend to my friends in a minute.
I am going into my second year as a tenant of Broadcast Center Apartments and everyday I feel fortunate to have found this treasure so convenient to everything in LA. The staff is very friendly and professional, the grounds are kept impeccable, the service requests done promptly. We even get to enjoy themed parties by the poolside a few times a year. Everything about this place, from the gym, the fireplace, the barbecue social area, the pool with cabanas and jacuzzi, and the management and staff contribute to making Broadcast Center Apartments a great place to call home!
Broadcast Center is a quiet, cosy place to call home, with everybody minding their own business. If you care about health, you'll find a variety of markets at walking distance. On the other side, you'll also find many restaurants with almost any kind of food you might want. Honestly, I can pretty much spend the whole day talking about the advantages of living here, but I guess you already got the picture.
They are always fast and efficient.
The employees and management are all very nice...but having come from a luxury building in NYC...the services here are extremely lacking...appliances are old...if something is not working correctly they have no stock to replace it...you have to be inconvenienced for weeks..central air heat...you need to attend classes to understand how it works ....not to mention the archaic laundry machines that do not accept credit or debit cards....cash only....really what century are we living in???
