It is an amazing community. the place is clean, the help the office offers is execellent. I recommend anyone to start a living at avalon.
I have only been living here for a week and I have enjoyed it. The move-in went very smoothly. The management team walked me through everything and were very friendly. This is a great new construction building with tons of amenities all for a fantastic price.
Well- I'm still moving: I only just arrived yesterday and been in a whirlwind with everything- but I think the most impressive nature of my experience so far is the absolute care I have received from my reps in the office in delivering things into my unit in my absence- my lease began 3wks before I could arrive, and they were happily willing to put the boxes into the unit in the meantime. So impressive and so kind. Thanks soooo much!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
