Avalon Playa Vista has been a wonderful experience to date. From the minute I walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome and an offer for water or coffee, I knew I was getting myself into a good community. They made the whole move-in process as seamless as possible. When I couldn't unscrew their shower head to place my own on I called maintenance and within 3 minutes a nice gentleman was at my door, placing shoe covers on to come in and take the shower head off. The place is pristine and so far, I am more than happy to being living at Avalon Playa Vista.
The Avalon Del Rey staff made me extremely comfortable throughout the process of leasing an apartment. The stress-free process that they maintained makes me want to share this experience with others who are looking for an apartment. A special thanks to Devona for all her help.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
