Heritage Park Livermore for Seniors in Lovermore, California 94551 for independent seniors aged 55 or better, offers pet friendly apartment homes in Northern California. Our homes feature fully equipped kitchens, private living areas, separate dining rooms and generous closet space. Our community offers a heated pool and spa, picnic area, on site recycling and beautiful grounds. We also have a clubhouse with billiards, free coffee, and organized activities. We are currently transitioning to be a smoke free community, by September 1, 2016 the smoke free transition process will be complete. I'm very happy to become a part of this community. I cannot express how truly grateful I am to everyone who has helped me to become a Resident at Heritage Park. People of the local Veteran's Administration, the Livermore Housing Authority, the Santa Cruz local Veteran's Resource Center (VRC) have gone a long way in supporting me in my transition to being a Resident of the city of Livermore. The other Residents here have also shown a true welcoming nature to me and I'm very thankful. Many Thanks to all for the help and the warm welcome!!!
I love living here property is always well maintained gardeners are friendly and willing to help they even helped me with my groceries when they saw I needed help the staff is always ready to answer any concerns or questions residents are super friendly and make me feal welcome I hope I can spend the rest of my life here

Beautiful quiet community with nice landscaping, and friendly residents. Although it`s a pet friendly community, and I`m looking forward to being one of them. I think pet owner should be more mindful of where their pets urinate! In front of residents doors and near the pool area should not be allowed.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
