There is always a high rate of service when you are getting in touch with the leasing office and they provide the resident the feeling they genuinely being taken seriously. And we just LOVE our apartment.

Lakewood Manor is a great place to reside. The location is excellent, the staff always greats me with a smile and are helpful. The maintenance crew stays busy which is good. The only concerns I have are the ants that I can't seem to get rid of although I keep my apartment in excellent condition and there doesn't seem to be a designated area for the dogs to relieve themselves away from the residents. And for those of us who don't own dogs would appreciate that. And upgrade all apartments please

What is a Certified Resident?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
