I lived here for more than 2yrs and I love the tranquility of living here. Space is great love having my own washer and dreyer. And love having a garage
River Oaks takes great care of the landscape, the creek is always cleaned out. The office personal are very friendly, and they fix any problems in a timely manner.
Aside from the much-to-regular rent increases, the community is located in a wonderful area of Orange County with major walking trails right across the street, mountains nearby and plenty of nature. The apartments themselves have a mountain, woodsy feel to them with the streams running through the center of the complex, tall, mature trees and duck families. A wonderful, restful place on quiet afternoons.
The location is central to my needs, and it is a good and quiet place to live. It has a garage and things are well taken care of.
For the most part its quiet and clean. There isn't too much traffic around. It only gets busy when Saddleback church has services on sunday. The maintenance is pretty prompt. The plumbing in my opinion is old, because I have had 2 slab leaks, one leak in the wall, and my kitchen sink backs up at least once a year. But maintenance gets right on it.
