Overall I have been very pleased with my experience here. Maintenance is amazing and makes repairs right away. The only things that I would change is reinforcing the noise policy and a separate billing method for the water. I also think that the mickey mouse pool should be cleaned out better.
A few small inconveniences, mostly related to maintenance requests. Otherwise exemplary.
General repairs are not completed in the best possible timely manner (fixing lights, structural damages). Responses to general apartment issues are heavy handed when done at all. When apartment manager addresses tenants there always seems to be a questionable/manipulative approach. (Feels like an interrogation that is not always to your best interest.)
Apartment manager has admitted there are termites in every structure - btw - and further there is nothing that can be done about this issue.
Termites are common through out the Southern United States, particularly in California. We do take them seriously and have an excellent pest control company that can treat any termite problem you may experience. Please contact the leasing office to set an appointment with our pest control company. They will inspect your apartment and set a treatment plan. If you have any other concerns please let us know.
The office staff manager was extremely rude every time I tried asking for help. Crystal was nice and polite, though. The toilets in our apartment would make noises at random times and they were never fixed. There was never a good amount of parking for residents.
The buildings are old and run down. The windows leak out air and do not provide any help in the summer or winter which raises our bills. The sink in our bathroom has the faucets installed backwards. The shower is old and stained in the master bedroom. The no smoking policy should be community wide as when we lay in bed at night in the summer, the smoke from people standing in the courtyard of across the way that are allowed to smoke, fills our room and we then have to close our windows.
Our maintenance staff feels that they will be able to fix your bathroom faucet problem. While they are repairing your faucet I would like have them look at your shower and see what we can do. There was a notice in our OCT/NOV/DEC newsletter asking if any residents would like their building converted to non-smoking and we did not receive any request. Let us know your apt number so that we start your repairs and start the process to convert your building to non-smoking. Thank you

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
