Overall everything's fine except the noise. Only one but it's a lot to me.
management is really helpful and friendly
Satisfied with property management and staff that work on the premises, but dissatisfied with the lack of proper planning for instances when parking spaces are being occupied by another vehicle that is not permitted to park in your spot. I was basically told that I was out of luck and had to wait until the person moved their vehicle. The city of la habra does not allow overnight parking on the street w/O a permit, so I was told to park elsewhere while someone else got my parking space for free.
Management is wonderful and listen to our cocerns however, not all staff is on the same page in regards to rules, regulations or procedures. when moving in, we were given incorrect information about how to set up our electric bill, our parking space, and the non smoking policies. I also noticed that non smoking areas are not stictly enforced with residents having to by-pass a crowd of smokers. Similarily, pest control is an issue with constant roaches or water bugs within the landscaping.
I like the follow up on maintanence. The parking situation is not the best. Not convienient in amount of space alloted for residence. Also the fitness room should be more functional. Only one out of the three cardio machines works
