The leasing staff were very helpful. For the size of the complex, it is surprisingly quiet at all hours. Excellent amenities feels like living at a resort. It is close to freeway access and close to my work. The central parking structure keeps all cars out of sight - no unsightly carports. The monthly lease is reasonable for what you get, but possibly a little more expensive than other area apartment complexes, and so tends to attract young professionals and less small children.
Its a beautiful community with a great location and excellent staff.
I've lived at three apartment complexes since I moved to Irvine and MSV is by FAR my favorite. The office staff is fantastic and takes the time to get to know you. Maintenance requests are handled same-day. I hope to stay here a while.
Main Street is the BEST place to live in Irvine. You are in a great location, and it is the best value for everything you get. The office staff is very nice, maintenance responds promptly, and the apartments and the full complex are taken care of very well.
The staff is always very friendly and everything is clean and updated.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
