FGT at Seacliff is a welcoming community for those 55+. It is the best location for seniors with the village being close enough that you do not have to cross any streets at all to enjoy the stores and eating establishments. The entire staff is wonderful - office and maintenance. Nothing is too much trouble and they really care about the residents.
I was dreading apartment living after selling my home. I was so excited when I was shown around FountainGlen. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for walking my dog and enjoying the Huntington Beach breeze. There is a shopping center next door with a grocery store, pet store, florist, etc. It's just perfect for me. I have told all of my friends on Facebook how much I like living here. It's everything I wished for. I also like the pet policy. The grounds are always clean and well maintained.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
